By default, all orders under 1 kg (1000 g) are shipped out by regular mail from our central office in British Columbia, Canada. Delivery will take approximately 5-10 business days, though they may exceed this bracket if International.
In the case that a package being shipped to North America exceeds 1 kg, or a package being shipped Internationally exceeds 2 kg, shipping by express or expedited mail is a neccessity.
In North America, we also offer express or expedited mail options by telephone, and can be reached toll free at 1-888-669-4372.
Express mail typically takes 4-7 business days, while expedited mail takes 8-12 business days; however, both options include tracking numbers.
